Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about private parking, Parking Breach Notices, payments, appeals and debt collection

Private Property & Parking Terms

What if I don't agree with the parking terms?

If you do not agree to the parking terms, you should not park at the property and should leave the car park.

Choosing to remain and park does not allow you to substitute your own preferred parking conditions for those displayed at the location.

If you believe a Parking Breach Notice was incorrectly issued under the applicable terms, you may use the formal appeal process within the appeal period stated on your notice.
